  • Delivery Confirmation: The 30-day window is calculated based on the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier (e.g., your recent successful delivery tracked in Astoria, NY).

  • Policy Strictness: Requests submitted after the 30-day expiration will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

2. Detailed Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the following strict conditions must be met to ensure the item can be restocked as "Master Quality":

  • Pristine State: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Original Branding: All original manufacturer tags, internal labels, and protective plastic packaging must remain attached and undamaged.

3. Non-Returnable & Restricted Items

To maintain hygiene and operational standards, the following items are excluded from our return policy:

  • Customized/Personalized Jerseys: Jerseys featuring custom names, legendary numbers (e.g., Messi 10), or specific tournament patches (World Cup 2026 badges) are non-returnable unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

  • Performance Footwear: Professional boots such as the Assassin 16 series cannot be returned once they have been used on any playing surface.

  • Final Sale Items: Any products purchased during clearance events or as part of a "Final Sale" promotion.

4. Refund Processing & Payment Timelines

  • Inspection Protocol: Upon arrival at our facility, your return will undergo a quality inspection within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • PayPal Refunds: For orders paid via PayPal, approved refunds will be credited back to your PayPal balance within 3-5 business days.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds for card payments will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank’s processing time may vary.

  • Currency Exchange: Vanty Jersey is not responsible for any differences in the final refund amount due to currency exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund.
